For the first 4 weeks, we will TAKE a DNA test and focus on adjusting your diet/exercise habits according to DNA results. We will add foods/supplements that are beneficial for you and structure your workout based on your body type.

Week 4-8, we will start counting calories and increasing the intensity of the workout. For this, you will need measuring cups and a simple food scale. We will lower your calorie intake by 100 kcal each week!

Week 8-12 is the final stretch. During this time, we will put extra focus on applying what we have learned and further increase the intensity of the workout.
